The production division specializes in custom small batch production. Machining is carried out on conventional machines, including lathes, carousels and milling machines, as well as on other specialized equipment.

Our products are used in nuclear power plants not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. Our important markets include Slovakia, Armenia and other countries.

Production documentation is a key element in the manufacturing process and ensures that all steps are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the required standards. Here are the main components: 

Process procedures: these define the steps and methods that are used in production. They ensure that each process is carried out consistently and efficiently. 

Production drawings: These provide a detailed visual representation of the product, including dimensions and specifications that are necessary for accurate production. 

Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs): Contain planned inspections and tests to ensure that products meet all quality requirements.

Quality control: Includes processes and methods to ensure that products meet established quality standards. 

Conventional Dimensional Measurement: Used to verify that the dimensions of the product conform to the specifications given in the manufacturing drawings. 

Accompanying technical documentation: Contains all relevant information that accompanies the product throughout the manufacturing process. 

Preparation of the product passport: Includes the creation of a document that contains all relevant information about the product needed for its monitoring and maintenance. 

Conformity assessment: The process of verifying that products meet all legislative and regulatory requirements. This is necessary for placing the product on the market. The production documentation is essential to ensure an efficient and quality production process that meets all required standards and norms. 

Packaging and shipping: designing and developing packaging for the safe transport of products. This includes material selection, packaging design and optimising logistics processes for efficient distribution.
